The information supplied by users enables us to operate the platform and provide a user-friendly experience.

All required information is service-dependent, and we may use the aforesaid user information to maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and for developing new services. Personal information is collected only to the extent necessary for providing platform services, facilitating transactions (including creator payouts), complying with legal obligations, and improving user experience. The information provided by users may also be used to contact them via email, phone, or text message (SMS and/or WhatsApp) to deliver services or information the user has requested. Such information will not be considered sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain, or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other applicable law.

All payment transactions on notrite are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers — this information is collected and processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. We receive only the transaction status and limited details necessary to confirm and fulfil your order or process creator payouts.

If you register as a creator on notrite, we additionally collect information necessary to facilitate your listings and payouts, including bank account/UPI details, PAN (where applicable), and the designs/content you upload. This information is used solely to operate the marketplace, process payouts, and comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.

To improve the responsiveness of the Website for our users, we may use "cookies" or similar electronic tools to collect information and assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user's individual interests. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer.
